El Dr. Daniel Rodríguez Ithurralde es Jefe del
Laboratorio de Neurociencia Molecular y Farmacología del Instituto
Clemente Estable (IIBCE). Investigador de Primer Nivel, Grado 4 del Área
Biología del PEDECIBA.
Sus líneas de actividad
son:
1) Regulación molecular y farmacológica de neurorreceptores en el
desarrollo, la lesión y la muerte neuronal.
2) Funciones no tradicionales de la acetilcolinesterasa (AChE) en la
maduración, la plasticidad y las enfermedades del sistema nervioso.
3) Evaluación de la contaminación acuática por plaguicidas mediante
biomarcadores bioquímicos y moleculares.
4) Marcadores químicos de desarrollo, maduración, plasticidad y
actividad sináptica de la motoneurona y sistemas colinérgicos
